Your new role
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing digital marketing campaigns for a range of clients across various platforms, such as SEO, PPC, paid social, Google Ads, and more. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, keeping them updated on your activity and leading meetings as required. You will also analyse and optimise the performance of your campaigns, providing reports and recommendations as needed. You will work closely with Account Executives and Platform Specialists who will support you in delivering high-quality work for your clients.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have agency experience, ideally in managing SEO, PPC and/or paid social campaigns. You will also need to have Google Ads and Google Analytics experience, as well as sound Microsoft Excel skills. You will need to have excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, as well as a proactive and flexible approach to tasks. You will need to have a passion for digital marketing and a team player attitude.
