New Product Administrator

I have been tasked by a superb Poole-based B2B retailer, who have been going through a sustained period of exponential growth, to identify a key new hire for their team. This innovative, product-led business have a real focus on continuous improvement and a custom centric philosophy and have tens of thousands of products available across a range of eCommerce platforms. This extremely diversified organisation is planning further growth, and this is a fantastic time to get on board.
Your new role
Your main goal will be to launch and market new products and innovations across the group websites, which include several Ecommerce platforms. You will work on a variety of products, from simple stocked items to complex manufactured or customisable ones, and ensure they are set up and configured correctly on the web systems. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across the organisation to streamline the new product introduction processes and ensure the quality and consistency of the product launches. You will also support the sourcing of new materials and accessories, research new product possibilities and improvements, and explore new commercial opportunities such as new resellers, marketplaces and outlets. You will report and optimise the performance of the new products and work with other teams to boost their success.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a driven and diligent professional who thrives on getting things done and seeing the difference your work makes. You will have excellent common-sense, attention to detail, and a high standard of quality and quantity of work. You will be proactive, able to work to process/formula but also solve problems and be pragmatic. You will be confident with pushing new products live across multiple web platforms and following the best practices. You will have experience in Ecommerce, web development, product marketing, and project management. You will have strong communication and collaboration skills and can work effectively with different teams and stakeholders. You will be passionate about innovation and new product development and have a keen interest in the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
