Your role will be responsible for providing b2b customers with a first-class customer service journey. No two days will be the same and the work you complete will have a direct impact on the companies\' success. In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will be managing and coordinating multiple customer orders simultaneously. You will play a vital role in linking customer enquiries and orders with multiple internal teams. You will be assigned specific clients to manage as well as supporting other team members as and when required.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and be experienced at managing b2b customer relationships. You will need to have excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new complex systems quickly and efficiently. Attention to detail is key and the client requires an individual who is focused on providing the very best customer service. You will need to be an engaging individual who is able to develop professional working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
