Survey Planner

We are working with a renowned Social Housing provider based in Worcestershire, who are are seeking to appoint a Stock Condition Survey Planner on a 20-month FTC.

In this role you will be required to:

• Facilitate appointment bookings for a team of surveyors, ensuring that workloads are planned effectively and efficiently.
• You will also be responsible for arranging appointments, liaising with surveyors and customers, and ensuring that high levels of service are provided.

You will have excellent customer engagement skills and be a confident communicator. You will also have experience working in a customer-facing environment, appointment planning, and service delivery.


This will be a 20-month FTC with an annual salary equivalent to £28,000.
