We are looking to recruit an Administrator for our growing team that will provide effective and efficient support to our clients.

Your responsibilities
Management of mobile device asset inventory. Working in Excel and Inventox, processing device ownership changes, lost devices, returned devices etc.
Monitoring of central mailbox, responding to user queriers
Processing device return requests using ServiceNow, working with RDC to facilitate the return of the devices
Validating new device requests in ServiceNow and approving \ rejecting the requests
Have an understanding of how to manage BAU break-fix requests (Swap service) in order to provide BAU cover during holiday periods
Liaising with customers
Working with engineers and technical partners, scheduling their days
Contacting end users to schedule it on their end as well
Handling incoming calls
Managing incidents, requests and resolving issues


You as the candidate


Able to multitask and prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook and basic Excel skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good Interpersonal skills - able to build rapport with immediate teams but likewise able to pick up the phone to Engineers/Resource Managers
Someone who is proactive and also able to deal with the demands of a busy role at times
Element of problem solving skills- Able to learn new systems
