This established, highly respected developer and operator is seeking a Project Manager to join their design and development department. If you have at least c. 2 to 3 years’ experience with the design, property or construction industry, this role could be what you’re looking for.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering small-medium capital projects within the Project Design and Development team. Your responsibilities will include delivering minor client alterations and refurbishment capital projects on time, to budget and to a high quality. You will be working closely, and on all levels with multiple different teams within this international business. Preferably, you will have gained hotel, hospitality, and workspace sector knowledge within recent years.
