Your new company
You will be joining a multi-accredited developer based in Nottingham. They have a strong pipeline of work and due to this, are looking to onboard 2 Project Managers. You will be joining a company that work across the midlands from Northhampton up to south Yorkshire. You will be working on a mixture of housing projects from smaller residential schemes and assisted living. This company care about their work and want to support their local area and is looking for a candidate who has the same values.
Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for running up to 4 sites as well as standard duties listed below.
Managing projects within the residential construction sector. Contract management and preparation. Conducting client meetings and overseeing contractors.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have had previous experience as a Site Manager or above working on residential housing projects. You will also have a desire to progress within the company. Working on both new residential build and a refurb would be advantageous. If you\'re someone who wants to progress their career this opportunity could be the perfect one for you.
