Your new role

Areas of responsibility
Managing and supporting AV equipment
Managing and supporting AV call administration
AV IT fault-finding
AV device installations and cabling
General IT fault-finding
Desktop Support. Providing Incident Resolution within a team of other resolvers
Working in areas including Windows 7 OS, MS Office, Windows10, AD administration, Azure and Mobile Iron.
Exposure to VDI technology, IGEL OS and Citrix would also be extremely useful.
The engineer will be assisting users with logged incidents and IMAC Requests, which is likely to include remote support for home workers.
Ideally, experience using the following technology:
Polycom AV systems
Biamp Audio equipment
MS Teams Meeting room technology (MTR)
Blue Jeans
Zoom
Webex

Strong communication skills
Personable and has experience of working with people of all levels.
Enjoys working as part of a wider team.
Proactive can-do attitude
The engineer will be working as part of a wider team.
