A leading legal firm based in the heart of London is seeking a Front of House member to join their busy team!
Your new role

• Answering the phone and fielding any queries.
• Maintaining visitors logs and issuing passes.
• Managing Reception inbox.
• Coordinating meetings, conference calls, events and training sessions.
• Organising catering for meetings when required.
• Act as Fire Marshal.
• Reporting any office issues to the relevant teams.
• Admin duties to include invoicing, ordering stock, updating directories.
• Ensuring a presentable front desk always.

What you\'ll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role in a professional services firm.
Working well as part of a team as well as individually.

Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week.
