Your new company
You will be joining a family run construction firm based in Derby which has been operating for over 100 years. This contractor is multi-accredited and has a strong pipeline of work and are therefore looking to onboard a strong estimator to join their team. They value quality, integrity and respect. You will be working on a mixture of exciting projects from commercial & retail, industrial, leisure and more. If you are a strong estimator who is motivated and wants to join a strong growing company, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your new role
As an estimate, you will be responsible for calculating the cost of a construction project. You will take into account the cost of materials, labour, and equipment, and use this information to create a detailed cost proposal for the client.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have experience within the construction industry working on a mixture of commercial new build projects and have a keen eye for detail. You will have worked for a main contractor before and have a can-do attitude.
