Who You\'ll be Joining
You\'ll be joining one of Scotland\'s foremost Environmental Protection Agencies - tackling key global and local climate and nature emergencies. The key purpose of the organisation is to protect and improve Scotland's stunning environment and supporting health and wellbeing.
With people based all across Scotland, they work with partners to build a stronger, more sustainable nation. You\'ll be at the forefront of public sector reform and digital customer service transformation. You'll advise a cross-agency team driving a significant programme of service reform in the firm\'s contact service.
What You\'ll be Working On
Working closely with the Head of Communications, you will be involved in the formation and transformation of the organisation\'s Contact Centre. You will be given a great deal of responsibility when it comes to technological decisions, requirement gathering for the organisation, and working with various members of staff to instigate transformational change.
You will be an effective communicator, bringing employees onboard to engage with the Agency\'s strategic objectives. Therefore, the role requires a strong leader who can effectively engage, motivate and build capability.
You will be the kind of person who isn\'t afraid to say no, and be able to inform senior stakeholders about what changes need to be implemented to see the project be a success.
What you\'ll Need
You will be a proven contact centre solutions leader with a passion for digital customer service, systems, processes and building strong, hybrid teams in a multichannel environment. You'll help reset and reform a small and long-established team.
You must have experience working on the transformation of Contact Centres.
What you\'ll get in return
£500-550pd Outside IR35
