Your new role
This role has become available due to the continued growth of the team. You will be joining a friendly and professional team who work to common goals and share success. This vacancy will be centred around providing a first-class customer support services journey for B2B clients. This will be a varied role which will see you managing end-to-end customer requests, and coordinating these requests with various internal teams. The successful candidate will be able to provide professional phone-based customer service communications, focused and proactive in following-up requests to ensure they have been completed, and keeping customers updated at all times.
What you\'ll need to succeed
Our client is seeking to hire a new team member who can demonstrate experience working within a fast-paced and dynamic phone-based customer service team. The successful applicant will be proactive and posses a passion for providing a great customer service journey. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently. Preferred industry experience in manufacturing, engineering, housing, construction or facilities management sectors.
