Your new company
You will work for a large multi-academy education trust based in Northeast Somerset based at one of their flagship educational sites in the region. Your new employer are a rapidly expanding provider of education, boasting a track record of success with a mission of transforming life chance and opportunity for more young people living in the region.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Estates for the trust, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school. This will include, but not be limited to - overseeing contractors for various construction, replacement and maintenance duties, managing a small in-house team of fabric and maintenance technicians and working closely with the central team to identify future scope of work and projects.

This person will also have managerial responsibility for the soft services team, including the cleaning group, as you work to ensure this service is delivered effectively and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have previous facilities management experience, or property management experience within a similar environment - this could be within a healthcare estate, school, university or similar.

What you'll get in return
