Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A rapidly growing fit-out company looking for a senior quantity surveyor to join the team. They are Leicester based, but work with an impressive list of clients across the country. It is a predominantly office-based role, with site visits required on occasion.
Your new role
You will be joining as a senior quantity surveyor, and will be reporting into the commercial manager. You will be working closely with a contracts manager, and will be responsible for:

• Scrutinising subcontractor estimates and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Delivering monthly financial reports to the board
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Relevant experience
• Ability to produce and deliver financial reports
• You will have strong commercial awareness to enable you to seize opportunities and challenge the status quo when required.
• COINS experience is preferred but not essential

What you\'ll get in return

• £50 - 65000 [DOE] + car / allowance
