Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead captivating design workshops and design reviews.
  • Champion design excellence across diverse projects.
  • Report directly to the influential Global Head of Design.
  • Implement cutting-edge design activities for the team.
  • Cultivate and mentor design teams, fostering a vibrant design culture and collaborative environment.
  • Expertly navigate project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Hold an ARB/RIBA accreditation and multiple years of practice experience.
  • Design excellence is paramount, with experience on groundbreaking projects. 
  • Showcase exceptional client-facing skills.
  • Embody a personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Demonstrate excellence in verbal and graphical communication.
  • Boast a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects across all RIBA design stages (Concept/Technical).
  • Proficiency in a range of design-led software (Rhino, Revit, Enscape, Adobe suite, etc).
