- Highly aware of frameworks such as NIST, CIS, CSA, SOC, ISO
- In touch with ITIL and ISO processes
- Experience of working and collaborating with Developers/DevOps experience
- Networking
- Security
- Change Management
- Ability to handle 3rd Line escalations
