• Perform reactive maintenance: Respond promptly to electrical faults reported by tenants or property management.
• Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical problems.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient property maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations

What you\'ll need to succeed

• SVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• Proven experience in residential electrical maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
