Working Foreman

Your new company
You will be joining a reputable family-run company based in Stoke. This company has a strong pipeline of work and due to growth are looking to onboard a Working Foreman to their team. This company mainly works as a fitout contractor with the majority of their projects being car showrooms. This company fosters growth and makes an effort to upskill their employees and provide them with excellent development opportunities.
Your new role
As a Working Foreman, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site from managing subcontractors to site meetings etc. You will be given the responsibility to run the site and gain exposure into more of the management side with the view of progressing up to contracts manager. Due to the nature of the work, you will also be expected to get on the tools and help where needed to get projects over the line.
What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need a strong understanding of the construction industry and have a strong background in a trade. You must be willing to muck in and get on the tools as well as manage the site effectively.
