Private Equity Project Manager

A rapidly-growing, boutique Private Equity client in London is looking to hire an experienced Project/Change Manager to drive an exciting new programme of work centred around Corporate Governance and digitalisation change.


There are lots of moving parts to the projects signed off, but the change team is small, so the candidate needs to be successful in; independently managing the projects, taking ownership of analysis, and supporting business teams to adopt the change.


Key Requirements:

• Strong Core PM skillset - senior stakeholder management, e2e delivery, planning
• Must come from Private Markets/Alternatives (ideally Private Equity)
• Must have experience with one or more of the following systems - Investran, Dynamo, Behavox, Viewpoint, Dealplus
• Ideally, BA experience - ability to lead analysis, hands-on.
• Systems Change experience - implementation, system integrity, data manipulation, issue resolution.
• Change Adoption Management - comms and engagement, training etc.
