Job Details

Contract duration: six to eight weeks with potential to be extended depending on project pipeline and performance.

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in our project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive surveys of building services, mechanical systems, and electrical installations.
  • Analysing survey data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop tender agreements and proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Utilising your strong computer skills to create detailed reports and documentation.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience: You must have prior experience in building services, mechanical, and electrical surveys.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in survey assessments.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project requirements.
