Social Housing Surveyor

Your new company
Do you want to work for a Leeds-based housing association? A well known and respected housing association in the region requires an experienced social housing surveyor to join their team for 3-6 months with the potential for it to continue beyond that.


Your new role
In your new role you will be covering The North Area - North and East Leeds, Otley, Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Boston Spa, Wetherby and everything in between. You will be working closely with the Neighbourhood Services Team and attending to varied types of work. You will be home based in this role apart from visiting sites, but there are offices that you can work in if that is your preference. The standard working day is 08:00 - 16:30.

What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you must have experience in Social Housing :-
Empty homes - producing a schedule of rates using NAT FED SORs
Day to day inspections
HHSRS inspections
Any other duties deemed necessary and required
