As a Senior Associate, you’ll be designing internationally important buildings while being involved in leading a team of skilled architects across a series of airport projects.

In this role you would operate as a key member of the team on all issues communicating with the company’s Directors and clients alike. You will have responsibility to manage a team a of multi-disciplinary professionals through all design stages in a structured & efficient manner, including time and resource planning. You will be tasked with developing innovative and exciting design solutions, while also managing projects to completion. Great design will be the driving force behind your work with a want to champion innovation through all design stages.

You will have assembled a ‘portfolio of aeronautical design experience’ demonstrating a knowledge and understanding projects of this type and scale. Sectors would ideally include experience across aviation, commercial, transport, and infrastructure as examples. The role will require some travel, to service and build client relationships, initially in the UK. The remuneration package is strong and aligned with the role as a senior design leader. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-profile projects spanning all RIBA Plan of Work stages (0-7) 
  • Develop innovative design solutions and ensure technical coordination 
  • Efficiently manage projects to ensure profitability and mitigate commercial risks 
  • Champion quality control and ensure adherence to company standards Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities 


Key Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in architectural design 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams 
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and project management tools Sound understanding of construction and building legislation
