Project Manager - Architecture

This amazing design studio, with offices in London and Mexico are expanding their delivery team and are seeking Project Managers to join their rapidly growing London studio.

They are predominantly working on hospitality projects in the Middle East at the moment, so the ideal person will have that specific experience to draw upon.

Key Responsibilities

•  Assist senior management in developing and validating project scope and fee, budget, and scope of services
• Provides complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team
• Responsible for managing project using the Project Management system
• Assists senior management in the preparation and execution of sub consultant contracts
• Active participation in the Quality Management program b
• Plan, organise and manage projects
• Communicate and develop relationships with consultants, contractors and sub consultants
  
  Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in project management role, preferably within architectural team
• Prior experience working on hospitality projects in the UAE 
• Excellent Project Management skills demonstrated. 
• Knowledge and experience of the architectural process, including different procurement routes. 
• Ability to work through scoping, fee proposal and briefing documents.
