Data Entry Administrator

Job title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Basingstoke - Fully office based
Type: Temporary for 3 months, possibly longer
Hours: Mon to Fri (regular office hours)
Start Date: 4th March 2024

Duties:

• To be responsible for cleansing a range of data sets to pre-set protocols.
• Keep records of all changes for audit purposes.
• Be proactive in seeking verification of data anomalies, working with the Master Data Manager to resolve data queries.
• Ensure data is cleansed to a state of readiness for project commencement.
• Work with other departments to ensure data cleansing changes are effective across all areas.
• Responsible for cleansing pre-defined data sets to a standard set by the Master Data Manager and project team.
• Run weekly and monthly reports on data update status

• Experience Required
• Data entry experience
• Microsoft Office use - specifically Excel - filtering, VLOOKUP
• ERP systems knowledge
• Time management
• Attention to detail
• Be able to work independently
