A well-established team with an excellent studio culture is looking for a senior technical architect to take the lead on a project/s from stage 4 onwards. Boasting a varied portfolio of commercial retrofit, hotels and large scale urban regeneration schemes the opportunities to thrive are endless. With a large social calendar including team lunches on their terrace and discounted food from the onsite cafe, you will be surely be taken care of. They also promote from within and hold regular career appraisals, evident by their long standing management, allowing everyone to elevate their careers fast with the right support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team on the technical production and site delivery of 1-2 projects.
- Production of information in Revit.
- Liaise with client, consultants and contractors..
- Site supervision.
Skills and Experience
- Fully qualified Part III Architect or equivalent with significant project leading experience from stage 4 onwards.
- Experience on UK mixed use, housing or hotels projects.
- Good team work skills with the desire to contribute to a fast paced and fun office.
- Good working knowledge of Revit essential.
- Excellent visual presentation skills using InDesign and MS Office.
