As a Scrum Master, you will join a leading telecommunications company. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile Scrum framework, ensuring its effective implementation, and fostering a collaborative environment for the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in release, change & transformation, digital, and cloud environments.

Shifts: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must-haves:

• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role within a digital and cloud-based environment.
• Familiarity with software development and Agile practices, including Scrum.
• Strong understanding of release management, change management, and transformation processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• The ability to solve complex problems and drive results in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between the product owner and development team to handle backlogs and new requests.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain team progress and momentum.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams involved in digital transformation initiatives.

• A day rate, in-scope IR35, £520 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company)
• This role provides remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Hammersmith, up to twice per week.
