Your new company
You will be working with a renowned and leading FM/RAMS specialist from the West Midlands region as a ProjectManager
Your new role
You will be working as a Project Manager on a Repairs/Maintenence/FM contract, working across several different locations around the West Midlandsregion, managing a range of different projects at one time from concept through to handover and everything in between!
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing and deliveringprojects on residential properties, and will have a solid understanding ofhealth and safety regulations and upholding this in the workplace.
You will need experience overseeing similar projects, contractor management, quality control, cost control Health & Safety, and ultimately delivering works on time to the required standard.
