Property Project Supervisor

Based out of Leeds but operating across the UK, you will be joining a company that is going from strength to strength and a team that supports their colleagues in continued professional growth.
Your new role
As the new Project Supervisor - Property, you'll have a major impact on helping your new business to achieve their goals. In this exciting position, created due to business growth, you'll work across the UK and overseas estate. Initially, all work will be within the UK estate. While using AutoCAD, you'll be involved in a strong pipeline of new and existing property projects, undertaking property inspections, ensuring compliance and assisting in the management of maintenance obligations.

• Using AutoCAD, you'll be responsible for supporting the effective running and management of an operational commercial estate portfolio.
• You'll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business.
• You'll work with our Health & Safety team to make sure all statuary compliance requirements are met and managed effectively, as well as assist in liaising and managing any property related order requests.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in project management from a client side or consultancy position.
• The ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software such as MS Project.
• Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full clean driving licence is required.

What you'll get in return In return, you will get a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 doe you will also receive a car allowance of £4,500. Holidays are 34 days inclusive of bank holidays.
