Your new company
A property investment company with offices globally are looking for HR Coordinator to join their collaborative team. Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, and partnering with the COO, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end.
  • Constructing and distributing offer letters and contracts for new joiners across the business.
  • Leading the full induction process, meeting with new joiners on first days, and partnering with them throughout their first few weeks.
  • Support hiring managers with the recruitment process.
  • Administer UK and Group benefit schemes.
  • Partner with Senior HRM and COO on various projects/processes including payroll, salary reviews, L&D / DEI initiatives and managing the HRIS.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in an HR Admin/Assistant/Coordinator role, ideally within Financial Services / Real Estate.
  • Understanding of the full employee lifecycle, with the ability to lead on processes, specifically payroll across different locations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner with C-suite levels.
  • Desire to progress DEI agenda across the business.
