Your new company
You will be joining a respected bespoke joinery manufacturer based in Nottingham. This company works on exciting projects from commercial, retail and semi-retail. Due to continued growth, they are looking to onboard an estimator with previous experience in the joinery manufacturing industry.

Your new role
Reviewing design and tender documentation, contract conditions, other job-specific factors, and production of risk analyses, in order to inform the 'decision to tender'.Creating accurate estimates for elements of schemes by studying architectural drawings, schedules and specifications.
Arranging and chairing cost adjudication project team meetings and contributing towards tender strategy decisions.
Seeking quotations for packages of work and/or materials in order to prepare competitive tenders.
Producing accurate estimates based on available data and your knowledge in order to prepare competitive estimates of development costs.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need to have previous experience as an estimator for a joinery manufacturing company. A willingness to learn and progress your career.
