As Project Manager you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of all projects, from concept to completion. Ensuring performance and progress meet the agreed requirements and projects are being delivered on time and to budget. This role would suit a qualified architect with experience in commercial design sector or a senior interior professional with PM experience.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Previous experience in the leisure industry is beneficial Strong people skills and able to build rapport with clients Strong construction background Ambitious, creative, multi-tasker, and well organised Knowledge of UK Building Regulations Attention to detail Driving licence and prepared to travel across the UK and Ireland for site visits Meet demanding deadlines Produce feasibilities / costs for new projects Manage contractors / designers Excellent communication skills Excellent project management skills
