Project Architect

Your new company
This 50 strong design studio in Manchester has a great studio located in the city centre, they have a vibrant and sociable working culture with all mod cons including a nespresso! The work is broad across several sectors including commercial, residential and higher education - and due to an increase in commissions they are keen to appoint to the team.
Your new role
You will be working on schemes at all RIBA work stages, and will be required to produce the appropriate information packages using Revit, including working drawings and information for site. You will be speaking with clients and other stakeholders, keeping good project records, and attending design team meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
This firm are looking for talented architects who are all-rounders with the ability to complete feasibility stage work as well as the technical drawing packs to allow for delivery stages. You will be a proficient Revit user, with great communication skills, experience of running design/technical reviews, a good level of commercial awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team.
