Role Details:
Position: Supported Housing Worker
Location: Bath (BA1 6BA)
Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) | Permanent
Salary: £23,240 per year (£24,500 from April 1st)
Shifts: Rolling 3-week rota, including 08:00 - 16:00, 09:00 - 17:00, and 10:30 - 18:30, Monday to Friday
On-call: Participation in an on-call rota (approximately 1 in every 4 weeks)
Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred, high-quality support and housing management.
Work with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with complex needs (medium to high support). Please note that some clients may have pet dogs.
Provide advice and information, ensuring clients are signposted to appropriate services.
Conduct welfare checks, room checks, and property checks.
Prioritise general health and safety.
Assist clients with appointments and maintain accurate case notes.
Manage emails and keep client records up to date.
Collaborate on support plans and risk assessments.
Experience elements of lone working.
