Lettings Negotiator

We have partnered upwith a well-respected London based property company who are looking to expandtheir team. They have a large portfolio made up with investments withincommercial, residential and hotels.

Your new role
In your new role youwill attend to tenant enquiries, build your experience to become an expert inyour field and travel to sites to carry out viewings on South Londonproperties.

This position will be9am-6pm and Saturdays may be included depending on how busy the office is!

• The ability to sell and actively listen to customer needs
• Delivering initiative approach to new business
• Be able to accept constructive criticism and work well under pressure
• Ability to negotiate and persuade
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and process driven individual
• Build and maintain long lasting relationships
