I am working with an exciting sustainability focussed organisation who are currently working on a variety of projects from small individual houses all the way up to large mixed-use schemes, with a healthy split across both private and public sector clients. Some of their recent projects include commercial, social housing, schools, universities, prisons, healthcare and more, so there is a great range of end clients to work with! They are looking to recuit across the whole of the West Midlands to cover this region.

Your new role

  • Attending commercial property to undertake EPC assessments, across chosen regions of the UK.
  • Modelling EPC data and providing complete EPCs and Recommendation Reports.
  • Liaison with clients to provide relevant EPC advice as required.
  • Preparing Energy Improvement reports, based on initial EPC assessments.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior assessors. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements, present technical solutions, and address client concerns. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to guarantee accuracy and reliability. Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables.
  • Perform site inspections and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, software updates and relevant legislation.



What you'll need to succeed

  • EPC/DEA/Retrofit experience
  • Level 4 EPC accreditation
  • Residential/Domestic EPC accreditation advantageous
