Change PartnerAbout the roleAs a Change Partner, you will be executing strategies to facilitate employee adoption of workplace changes and effective transformation of the organisation's operations. You will also be supporting all the changes such as redundancies, Tupe's, restructures and any other people-based changes in the organisation. Shifts: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)The must-haves:

• Previous experience working in a similar role as a change partner.
• Change/restructure experience.
• Good attention to detail
• Able to liaise with people at good levels.
• Confident and resilient.

Key responsibilities

• Working on restructures, redundancies and tupes.
• Putting together packs and understanding good practice
• Employee experience
• Liaison with Trade Unions and employers.

• A day rate, in-scope IR35, £500.00 per day (via a Hays approved umbrella company)
• This role provides hybrid working access from the comforts of your own home and only going to our state-of-the-art office in Manchester.
