Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways

Your new company
You will be working for a major Tier 1 contractor that contribute significantly to the provision of multifaceted engineering services. You will be working on a high-profile Smart Motorway project within the Midlands region.

Your new role
You will oversee payment applications, create appraisals, and prepare project reports while directly collaborating with the site teams and reporting to the operations director. In addition to this, you will prepare CVRs and final accounts while managing subcontractors on a large scale project.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience surveying within the civil engineering sector. Working in the highways or motorway sector is desired however not essential also you will have had worked on NEC (3 or 4) contracts on similar projects. Being degree qualified will be advantageous to your application, although this isn't vital.
