This innovative, product-led business have a real focus on continuous improvement and a custom-centric philosophy and have tens of thousands of products available across a range of eCommerce platforms. This extremely diversified organisation is planning further growth, and this is a fantastic time to get on board.
Your new role
As a Marketing Manager specialising in First Aid, you will be at the forefront of driving product marketing and trading activities. Your mission is to spearhead the growth of First Aid business units and products, achieving ambitious commercial targets by adeptly managing and developing the core marketing mix.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A relevant marketing qualification or equivalent experience.
- A strong commercial drive with a knack for fostering growth.
- The ability to craft and execute direct marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality marketing materials and conducting thorough research.
- Competence in data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- The capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Sound judgement and confidence in making critical commercial decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships and lead by example.
- Adaptability and flexibility within a dynamic work environment.
- Leadership skills to enhance output and efficiency.
