Skilled Labourer - Rushden

Your new company
This exceptional builder specialise in the housing sector and build many housing development projects across the UK.
They are currently working on a brand-new social housing refurbishment project in the Rushden area of Northamptonshire.

Your new role
They are actively looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer who has carried out similar work and has a Clean Driving licence for their upcoming project starting on 8th April, with a 6-9-month duration.
Job duties will include: general clearance of site and ripping out materials where needed, manual lifting and moving heavy materials, assisting tradesmen with various tasks, loading the company pick up vehicle with rubbish/debris from the site and driving waste to dump at the local tip down the road when required.

What you'll need to succeed
-Must have a Valid CSCS Card
-A Clean UK Driving Licence
-Experience working on a similar project
-Minimum of 1-2 previous working references
-Able to do manual lifting and moving of heavy materials

What you'll get in return
- Weekly pay at good rates
- Control over submitting your own timesheets each week
- Company pick-up car will be provided when a tip drop off is required, so you are not using your own transport.
- Regular communication with your Hays consultant for any advice or help needed.
