Your new role

• To provide user support to the 1100 internal staff
• The organisation is implementing Multifactor Authenticator (Microsoft Authenticator) across the organisation, which required staff to be supported through the implementation, this may include application download (mobile and/or laptop/computer), account set up and password recovery
• The organisation is also driving the up of all staff to have an organisation account which will allow them to access their personal HR account and other organisational information. This also includes the support of staff that are not computer literate.
• Other work will include resolving a backlog of open tickets (using Richmond tickets system), as well as new tickets coming in on a day-to-day basis, including basic triage, support with general hardware and software (Microsoft products, Windows 10, O365)
• This role is onsite 5 days in week, based at a beautiful historic site, with access to 2 other sites where needed
• Hours are 9-5, with some flexibility where required
