Job Title: Principal Building Control Consultant
Location: Homebased, reporting quarterly into Warrington head office
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 basic salary + tailored package


The Opportunity
A North West-based construction consultancy who pride themselves on exceeding client expectations and have continued to develop new operating disciplines within the business in order to service their varied and long-standing client base. This is a newly created role with the company offering the successful Principal Building Control Consultant a clear platform to develop a new service line and a fantastic opportunity to hold an influential role within a successful SME consultancy.

The new service line will compliment other consultancy services; Employers Agent, Principal Designer, Quantity Surveying and CDM advice and service a range of existing clients.

The Building Control Consultant will provide advice on BSA/Building Regulations PD compliance on behalf of a range of clients across a multitude of sectors; education, healthcare, local government, industrial, commercial etc.

Projects encompass high value master plans, varied stand-alone major commercial schemes, and multi-million pound developments. The role is homebased but will require some travel to sites across the UK.


What you'll need to succeed
This is an integral hire for the business, so the Principal Building Control Consultant must have a proven background and thorough understanding of BSA/Building Regulations.
