The Role:We're on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to enhance our client's Brand & Experience hub in Sussex. The role requires a close working relationship with Marketing and Sales teams within both Regional and Central functions, as well as Dealer and Agency support teams, focused on ensuring delivery of a High Touch engagement with significant levels of Central & Western Client Centricity.
Your Impact:

  • Managing social media pages: Posting updates, responding to comments and messages.
  • Client communication: Engaging with clients, customers, and external agencies.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns: Assisting in the creation and delivery of presentations, contributing ideas for marketing programs to enhance the brand.
  • Content creation: Writing and editing press releases, producing marketing literature like brochures.
  • Market research: Conducting research and analysing data to understand market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Event participation: Attending & organising industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Administrative tasks: Undertaking daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Marketing or Sales Operations, preferably in the premium or luxury automotive sector.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate an excellent aptitude for commercial, cultural, and financial awareness with experience of managing, or supporting, responsibility for financial budgets.
  • A strong operational CRM knowledge (ideally Salesforce) would be a distinct advantage.
  • A second European language to English would be an advantage, although not essential.
  • Proficient user of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to travel to Germany on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Understanding of Event Management/Hospitality.
