Location:Bristol (with flexibility for base location in Exeter, Basingstoke, or Newbury)Contract Type:Full-time fixed-term (12 months)Salary:£30,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about housing and customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Ownership Specialist to join the successful team. As part of the Customer Service Management Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional homeownership experience for our customers.
Role Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to shared ownership, leasehold, and freehold properties.
• Address complex issues such as lease compliance, breaches, enforcement, lease extensions, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide data-led solutions.
• Keep customers informed of progress and resolutions.

  You'll have knowledge of homeownership, leasehold, and freehold management.

  Ability to understand legal and contractual information.
