Founded in 1962 with 4 studios across the UK in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, and London, which have together evolved into one of the UK’s leading design and delivery practices.

jmarchitects provides design services in architecture, masterplanning, urban planning, interior design, 3D visualisation and sustainability to both private and public sector clients.

What we’re looking for:

Having launched our Interior Design offer some 24 months ago we have enjoyed ever increasing success across the UK covering a diverse range of sectors. We are looking to grow the team and continue expanding this service in full collaboration with our Architectural Studios. We are seeking talented and articulate Interior Designers at all levels to join our vibrant team with immediate effect to work across a truly varied project landscape.

You should have excellent design and communication skills along with experience, ideally in a range of scales and sectors including Commercial fitouts; Hotels; Residential and Education both HE & FE. You will have real enthusiasm to develop the strengths of this successful studio and be comfortable working in Revit and freehand to express your ideas. Further software skills such as Enscape and the adobe creative suite will be advantageous.

You will ideally be based here in our city centre studio however as we work collaboratively across all our UK studios transferring sector skills and resource capabilities, we are happy to hear from candidates interested in any of our locations.
