Data Developer
Paying up to £750/day inside IR35
Hybrid working (1 day per week)
I am currently working with a large investment bank who are looking for a Data Developer who is a strong Node.js developer, who will be working on a large data platform.

You will be working towards implementing new and existing application and framework projects that utilise the data and service fabric of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the team lead in continually improving software delivery, moving teams and the organisation to a higher level of agile maturity.
  • Reviewing wider scoped business requirements, proposing designs, and implementing in-line with the Enterprise Delivery Architecture.
  • Conducting systems testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Ongoing support, maintenance and promotion of shared enterprise application infrastructure assets (APIs, core data services, GUIs).


Skills required:

  • Node.js
  • An understanding of unstructured data (NoSQL) databases (incl. MongoDB)
  • Grounding/understanding of C#
  • Experience using Linux


Nice to have:

  • Experience working in financial services
