Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
You will be joining a Tier 1 Contractor working on a major project in Leicester valued at £50m+. This contractor operates across the East Midlands and has a strong pipeline of work. This particular project will last up to 3+ years. Due to continued work and the large project at hand, multiple Senior QS's and QS's are wanted.
Your new role
Lead the project's commercial team to ensure compliance with all Main Contract obligations. Oversee the fulfilment of process obligations, including Procurement, Sub-contract orders, Supply Chain management, Measurements, Valuations, Contractual Notices, and Change Valuation. Additionally, prepare and submit Monthly Cost Reports, Procurement Strategy Updates, and Internal/External Progress Reports. Develop and implement tender stage and delivery strategies. Finally, collaborate on external valuations to maintain a positive project cashflow and finalise main and subcontract accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have previous experience with commercial projects of £50m+ working for Tier 1 contractors.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary up to £80,000 + £6k car allowance and a pension contribution of 8%.
