Quantity Surveyor (Highways)

A multi-disciplinary and award-winning organisation, who work on a number of different major highway projects across the UK.

Your new role
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be dealing with all aspects of the financial control of the project. This is conducted under NEC4. The ideal candidate will be able to increase value, as well as reducing cost, fortifying and driving profit. Naturally, this is all conducted in a safe and ethical manner. You will provide commercial input, preparing monthly costs as well as managing sub contractors.

What you'll need to succeed
* Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience
* Experience of NEC contracts
* Familiarity with CEMAR is an advantage
* Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office in particular Excel
* Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally
* Must be an excellent organiser with proven time management skills
* Holder of a Full UK Drivers License

It is required you have worked you have experience on UK Highways projects.

What you'll get in return
* £300 - £400 PD (Inside IR35, Umbrella) DOE
* Long term, rolling contract
* Hybrid work pattern
