A well-established studio with a longstanding client base is seeking an experienced Part I or recent Part II to join their Central London team, focusing on several significant projects within the commercial and industrial sectors.

With a highly promising pipeline of current and upcoming projects, this supportive and close-knit team prioritises a healthy work-life balance. Based in London Bridge, they have recently expanded their existing studio space, with aspirations for further growth. Moreover, they have transitioned into an Employee-Owned Trust, enhancing the benefits directly accessible to the employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project architect to successfully deliver a range of UK-based new-build and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Undertake projects involving commercial and industrial schemes.
  • Liaise and coordinate effectively with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors.
  • Generate information using AutoCAD and Revit.

Skills and Experience:

  • Fully qualified Part I / II or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building codes and regulations is essential.
  • Previous experience with UK commercial and/or industrial projects will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Revit will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • A can-do attitude towards work and a commitment to long-term engagement with the practice.
