Architect

An established and very well regarded small Architecture and Project Management company, are seeking a senior architect to join their professional team. The role is offered on a long-term contract basis.

They have a fantastic portfolio of high-end residences, typically Georgian properties in Mayfair and Kensington, as well as country homes, alongside the occasional project overseas.

Due to an increased workload, they are seeking an additional person who will assist on a number of projects in London, typically prime-residential listed refurbishments.

They are seeking an experienced architect, ideally with a portfolio that includes high-end residential, and perhaps schemes with heritage consideration. You will possess a strong design-eye balanced with technical expertise, being able to manage multiple projects at any one time. They are seeking a team member who is a clear communicator, able to conduct site and client meetings with confidence.

The role will be offered at a daily rate, with an anticipated duration of 12 months plus. Candidates can choose whether to be paid on a paye basis, or through their own limited company (should they have one).

The studio is very flexible with regards to working policy, with the opportunity for remote working alongside occasional visits to the office and as-and-when site meeting attendance. Their small professional team is well-trusted and manage their own diaries appropriately. They're looking for a like-minded individual who will also enjoy this type of set-up.
