Technical Compliance Lead

Are you a technical architect looking to do something a bit different? Hung up on building regulations and want to hone in on this? Emerging but hugely celebrated London-founded studio is looking to make a key new senior hire. Widely published for their socially and environmentally aware projects across public, civic and housing you will be in a practice wide role interrogating details, leading submissions and guiding decisions for the new building regulations compliance, as well as acting as an internal mentor and an external representative for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend design and technical reviews and ensure projects are adhering to building regulations and compliance.
• Mentor staff, share knowledge and lead training sessions / CPD's across practice. 
• Represent the business externally as well as up-skilling by attending events and conferences. 

Skills and Experience

• Experienced architect or equivalent with considerable experience delivering projects in the UK.
• Passionate about quality detailing with expert knowledge and keen interest in buildings codes and regulations.
• Demonstrable team management and leadership qualities. 
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
